Parking

Fauquier High School will use a lottery-style parking pass distribution system for the 2025-26 school year as this ensures all students with an equal opportunity to purchase a parking pass.  The Google form 2025-26 Student Parking Rules and Regulations that pertains specifically to Fauquier High School has been distributed to the student’s GAFE account and also posted on the school’s webpage.  Included in this form is a link to the parking application.  Please note that this form has changed from previous years and is a Commonwealth of Virginia High School Student Parking Pass Application which must be completed for students and parents to apply for a parking permit.  We will activate the Google form on July 9, 2025.  2025-26SY Parking Link provides everyone with equal access to apply.  Below lists important information regarding the parking permit process:

 

  1. Students must complete the Google form as soon as possible as parking spaces are limited and are assigned using the submission date and time on the Google form.
  2. No parking spaces will be assigned without all completed applications.

  3. The fee for parking for the 2025-26 school year is $105.00.  
  4. Students must acknowledge they have read the FHS Student Parking Rules and Regulations for the 2025-26 School Year on the Google document.  Additionally, students must click the link to complete the parking application.
  5. Parking applications received will be separated by grade level and assigned parking spaces beginning with the senior class.
  6. In the event there are more requests for parking passes than available parking spaces, those students will be placed on a waiting list for the next available parking space.
  7. Parking assignments will be posted on the main office windows at the close of business on July 28, 2025.
  8. Students may pay for their parking pass in the main office with cash or check on the following days July 29-August 1 and August 4-8, 2025 from 7:00am until 3:00pm. Payment may also be made online via School Cash Online.
  9. Students must display their pass at all times when parking on school grounds.
  10. All questions regarding parking should be directed to Miss Story.
