**Senior Final Transcripts

Official final transcripts for seniors will be sent after the school year has been completed and final grades have been posted. Fauquier County Public Schools will roll students’ final grades onto their official transcripts at that time.

The college or university indicated by each senior on the Senior Exit Survey will receive the student’s final transcript. Most final transcripts are sent electronically through Common App.

Official transcripts should be posted and ready within 2 weeks of your high school closing date for the summer.  You can also check your myRBC portal to see your unofficial transcript and grades. 

Official transcript requests must be made online through the National Student Clearinghouse.  When requesting your transcript, it is recommended to use your student ID number (R number).
